The SMS internal auditor verifies objectively and based on evidence that the service management system complies with ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 and is effective: audits clauses 4 to 10 and the clause 8 operational processes, documents findings and nonconformities, reports to management, follows up corrective actions and prepares the organization for the certification audit.
